# Cosatu says it is gravely concerned about the rehabilitation of Metrorail following reports of illicit payments to the tune of 2.7-billion-rand to two non-existent companies by the Passenger Rail Agency of South Africa. Cosatu’s spokesperson, Zanele Sabela, says the money was allegedly paid into the account of Maziya General Services, a company believed to have won contracts from a range of government departments and state-owned entities:
