Cosatu welcomes Equality Court landmark LGBTQIA+ ruling [SOUND]

# Union federation Cosatu has welcomed the recent Equality Court judgement condemning hate speech towards the LGBTQIA+ community. The case was brought forward by the Lawyers for Human Rights and the South African Human Rights Commission against a public figure, Ngizwe Mchunu, following a spate of online hate speech, harassment and unfair discrimination against LGBTQIA+ persons.
