Cosatu urges Parliament to expedite the Gas Bill to unlock investments [SOUND]

# Union federation Cosatu says the Gas Bill before Parliament provides a rationale and welcome legislative framework to unlock a critical energy-and jobs-rich industry. The bill, once promulgated, would replace the Gas Act, which has governed the industry since 2001, with a new framework covering areas including liquefied natural gas, gas infrastructure, investment, licensing and enforcement.
