Cosatu remains concerned by escalating municipal debt to Eskom [SOUND]

# Union federation Cosatu says it remains deeply concerned and alarmed by the escalating debt owed by municipalities to Eskom. The power utility said in March that total municipal debt owed to it exceeds 110-billion-rand, and could reach 200-billion-rand by 2028.
