# Cosatu has welcomed the Gauteng State of Ethics Report released by the Gauteng Ethics Advisory Council. The report found that 152 officials in the provincial government are doing business with the state despite that being a criminal offence. It also found that of the 19 senior executives assessed by the Special Investigating Unit, 37-percent were found to be high-risk. Cosatu’s Amos Monyela says there is a need for accountability and urgent actions towards remedying this unethical behaviour:
