# The National Consumer Commission has issued an urgent alert over recalled devices by Boston Scientific. Affected devices include128 AXIOS stents and delivery systems, which may fail during deployment, risking prolonged procedures or surgical intervention. A further 63 cryoablation units have also been recalled. Health facilities are urged to stop using affected products immediately, as faults could compromise patient safety and lead to serious medical complications.
