# The Constitutional Court has ruled in favour of fathers stating that parental leave of four-months and ten-days must be shared between parents following the birth of a child. Justice Laura Lumka Tshiqi delivered the landmark judgment, saying caregiving should not be limited to mothers, as fathers can also be primary caregivers.
