City Power to start converting non-vending prepaid customers to postpaid billing system [SOUND]

# City Power says it will begin converting all non-vending prepaid residential customers to postpaid billing accounts, effective from today, to enable the entity to recover lost revenue. This forms part of the entity’s ongoing efforts to reduce revenue losses, address issues related to tampered meters and illegal connections. City Power’s spokesperson, Isaac Mangena, says customers are encouraged to settle their accounts promptly to avoid disconnection:
