# City Power CEO, Tshifularo Mashava, has reaffirmed the utility’s commitment to resolving long-standing billing challenges and improving customer service for Johannesburg’s largest commercial and industrial electricity users. She was speaking during the City Power Key Customer Forum in Sandton. Mashava emphasised that by bringing the billing process in-house, City Power now has direct oversight of the full customer journey, enabling faster response times and reduced estimation errors:
