# City Power has expressed concern at the rearrest of a 55-year-old man for attempting to sabotage Johannesburg’s vital power infrastructure. He was caught at the Fordsburg Substation tunnel on Saturday, the same location where he was arrested previously in October last year, for committing the same offence. City Power’s spokesperson, Isaac Mangena, says there is a need for stronger collaboration between law enforcement agencies and the National Prosecuting Authority, to ensure that offenders are held accountable for their actions:
