# Tshwane mayor Nasiphi Moya says the metro is strengthening its development plans in rural communities across. She says they have several pockets of rural areas such as Rooiwal, Winterveldt, Sokhulumi and Bronkhorstspruit. Moya says they have met with the National Department of Land Reform and Rural Development to put in place timelines for the development objectives for Winterveldt’s rural community:
