# A City of Johannesburg supply chain deputy director, Jimmy Maluleke and four directors and engineers from TFM Industries will return to court on 28 October, after facing fraud, theft and money laundering charges. The case relates to a 188-million-rand tender awarded in 2016 to the company to supply 40 specialised fire and rescue trucks. The Hawks allege TFM received more than 172-million-rand but delivered only 15 trucks. The Palm Ridge Magistrate’s Court granted the accused ten-thousand-rand bail each.
