# North West businessman Suliman Carrim may not testify before the Madlanga Commission tomorrow, as he remains under medical care at a facility outside Gauteng. According to eNCA, Carrim’s legal team is expected to submit another medical report explaining his inability to attend. Carrim’s previous appearances were also postponed on medical grounds. He is accused of hiding 2.1-million-rand of payments he made to a company linked to businessman Vusimuzi ‘Cat’ Matlala’s Medicare24 company.
