# The City of Cape Town has made a public appeal to Social Development minister Sisisi Tolashe to provide funding and support for its Dial-a-Ride service for people with disabilities. Mayoral committee member for Urban Mobility, Rob Quintas says the service cannot continue without national support, as it helps users reach work, medical care, and essential services.
