Cape Town to expand the rollout of its Smart App  for neighbourhood watches [SOUND]

# The City of Cape Town says it is planning further mass training sessions in the coming weeks to expand the rollout of its Smart App for neighbourhood watches and reach as many potential users as possible. To date, 270 groups came on board through structured training sessions, comprising nearly one-thousand-400 individuals.
