Cape Town hands over 30 new homes in Bonteheuwel housing project

# The City of Cape Town has handed over 30 new homes to beneficiaries of the Bonteheuwel Infill housing project, part of a 140-million-rand initiative to deliver 273 state-subsidised homes by June 2026.  Mayoral committee member for Human Settlements, Carl Pophaim, praised the progress stating that the City selects beneficiaries in line with its Housing Allocation Policy and Housing Needs Register. He insisted on ensuring fair, transparent distribution to qualifying residents across the metro.
