Cape Town eyes more smart speed signs after positive results [SOUND]

# The City of Cape Town says its smart speed signs are proving to be an effective tool in reducing speeding on local roads. The Urban Mobility Directorate reports a 25-percent drop in vehicles exceeding the speed limit at some locations where the signs have been installed.
