Cape Town condemns vandalism of Retreat swimming pool [SOUND]

# The City of Cape Town has condemned the vandalism of infrastructure at Retreat swimming pool. The thieves stole all pipes leading to the swimming pool filters and vandalised a number of other components in the plant room.
