BOSA deputy leader says new Fair Pay Bill aims to protect young, disadvantaged job seekers [SOUND]

# Build One South Africa’s deputy leader Nobuntu Hlazo-Webster says the newly introduced Fair Pay Bill is designed to protect young and disadvantaged job seekers from unfair wage practices. Speaking at a press briefing in Parliament, she said many first-time workers, particularly black professionals and women, are often paid less due to reliance on salary history. Hlazo-Webster added the legislation will help break cycles of underpayment and give young people a better chance at fair wages and career growth:
