# The African Transformation Movement has expressed its deep disappointment at the decision by the National Assembly speaker, Thoko Didiza, to abide by the outcome of president Cyril Ramaphosa’s legal challenge seeking to halt the work of the Section 89 Impeachment Committee. ATM spokesperson, Zama Ntshona says this decision represents a missed opportunity for Parliament to firmly defend its constitutional responsibility, and uphold the principle that no individual, regardless of position or status, should be placed above accountability:
