Association urges minister Creecy to halt Road Accident Benefit Scheme Bill [SOUND]

# The Association for the Protection of Road Accident Victims has called on Transport minister, Barbara Creecy, to abandon plans for the new Road Accident Benefit Scheme, urging her to reform the struggling Road Accident Fund. The Association’s deputy chair, Ngoako Mohlaloga, warned that the scheme would reduce victims’ rights and compensation. He labels it a regression, not reform and urges a transparent, inclusive review to protect accident victims’ interests:
