# The ANC Study Group on Communication and Digital says it is concerned about the ongoing discussions regarding the regulation to decentralise ICT procurement powers from the State Information Technology Agency. This comes against the backdrop of a litany of complaints by departments about delivery delays and failures by the troubled SITA. The ANC’s Imraan Subrathie says they condemned any poorly planned decentralisation processes that could result in the collapse of a key government agency:
