# AfriForum says it achieved a decisive victory in the Free State High Court in Bloemfontein when a ruling was delivered in favour of the organisation. AfriForum’s Alta Pretorius says in his ruling, Judge Johannes Daffue emphasised that the Ngwathe Local Municipality and its council are dysfunctional. She says the court ordered that the municipal council should be dissolved and the Free State provincial government should intervene immediately with the municipality:
