AfriForum neighbourhood commits to addressing lack of service delivery in Tshwane [SOUND]

# AfriForum in Pretoria says while the City of Tshwane is scratching its head over tenders, equipment, labour and budgets, it is not standing still for a moment. The four neighbourhood teams in the metro are affiliated with the Centurion, Greater Moot and North of the Mountain Branch and include the Pretoria Action Team.
