# AfriForum says the lack of title deeds is affecting residents’ property rights in Dennilton, in Limpopo, and causing problems with developments on the land. The organisation argues some residents are also facing unlawful occupation of their commonage. AfriForum’s Barend Uys calls on the provincial Department of Land Reform and Rural Development to provide answers and speed up the transfer of land to the community, with some applications dating back to 2017:
