# ActionSA has lodged a complaint with the South African Human Rights Commission against Sport, Arts and Culture minister Gayton McKenzie for using apartheid-era slurs and degrading references toward black South Africans. The party also filed against Public Works minister Dean Macpherson for racially charged insults aimed at ActionSA supporters. ActionSA’s Matthew George says it will pursue Equality Court action if necessary, stressing that racism have no place in South Africa:
