# ActionSA has lodged a complaint with the South African Human Rights Commission against Sport, Arts and Culture minister Gayton McKenzie for using apartheid-era slurs and degrading references toward black South Africans. The party also filed against Public Works minister Dean Macpherson for racially charged insults aimed at ActionSA supporters.
