# ActionSA welcomes the adoption of the Terms of Reference by the Ad Hoc Committee investigating Kwa-ZuluNatal Police commissioner, Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi. However, the party strongly objects to the Speaker’s new protocol restricting access to classified information for alternate members.
