ActionSA rejects improper summoning of witnesses by Parliament’s Ad Hoc Committee [SOUND]

# ActionSA says it is outraged that Parliament Ad Hoc Committee members have had to learn through media reports that witnesses have been improperly called to appear before the committee. The committee is tasked with investigating the allegations made by KwaZulu-Natal Police Commissioner Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi of corruption in the criminal justice system. ActionSA’s Matthew George says the terms of reference state that all members of the committee, not just the chairperson, shall determine the sequencing and appearance of witnesses:
