# ActionSA in KwaZulu-Natal says it notes the false and desperate claims being spread by the DA’s provincial chairperson, Dean Macpherson, alleging that it is contesting the upcoming by-election in Ward 110 of the eThekwini Municipality. ActionSA’s, Zwakele Mncwango, says this claim by Macpherson is a blatant lie intended to mislead the public and distract from the real issue at hand.
