# ActionSA in Johannesburg will picket outside the Randburg Magistrate’s Court today. This is where the mother of a 12-year-old mentally disabled girl from Cosmo City will be making her third court appearance. The girl known as ‘Precious’ was allegedly raped multiple times in her home. ActionSA’s Elmari Atterbury says the mother has been charged with child neglect and fraud:
