# ActionSA in Mpumalanga has expressed concern at the Auditor-General’s 2024/2025 Public Finance Management Act audit findings of the Department of Culture, Sport and Recreation. The Auditor-General’s report revealed that the department has regressed to a qualified audit opinion and exposed severe financial mismanagement and governance failures.
