# ActionSA has condemned minister of Public Works and Infrastructure Dean Macpherson’s decision to institute legal proceedings against Parliament after he was sanctioned for breaching the Code of Ethical Conduct over racist remarks in which he called ActionSA’s supporters “Amapharas” and “Hobos”. The party’s Alan Beesley says instead of apologising, Macpherson has chosen to drag Parliament to court in an attempt to overturn the consequences of his own conduct:
