# ActionSA says government inaction has allowed the deep rot within SAPS to worsen, further eroding the integrity of law enforcement leadership. President Cyril Ramaphosa has established a judicial commission of inquiry to probe the allegations made by KwaZulu-Natal Police Commissioner Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi.
