# The African Christian Democratic Party in Ekurhuleni is calling for the precautionary suspension of City Manager Kagiso Lerutla, pending the outcome of the investigation of the charges against him. The ACDP’s Palesa Yates says Lerutla is out on bail and facing Schedule 5 offences of the Criminal Procedure Act.
