# The GOOD Party says government at all its levels must take responsibility for mismanaging the crisis of poverty, under-delivery, exclusion and its own immigration policies. Anti-foreigner protests have spread across the country in recent days, with flare-ups in Gauteng, KwaZulu-Natal and Western Cape. GOOD’s secretary-general, Brett Herron, says South Africans are justifiably angry about the poor quality of their lives, the slow progress of post-apartheid redress, and the injustice of deepening inequality:
