FF Plus wants Tshwane’s project management model reviewed [SOUND]

# The Freedom Front Plus says the City of Tshwane’s project management model needs to be reviewed to prevent tax money from being squandered in the future. Tshwane’s Strategic Asset Management Committee’s latest report reveals that 12.2-billion-rand is trapped in projects that have already been completed, are partially completed, or for which plans and payments were made long ago, but that were never loaded onto the asset register. The FF Plus’ Nick Pascoe says this is administrative negligence and incompetence:
