Action Society warns of parole crisis as 28,000 offenders go untraceable [SOUND]

# Action Society says public safety and victims’ rights must be prioritised over administrative processes, following reports that nearly 28-thousand parole absconders cannot be traced. The organisation says this represents a serious failure in the parole system and puts communities at risk, especially where violent offenders are involved.
