Crime Intelligence deputy head Feroz Khan seeks return of electronic devices seized 

# Crime Intelligence deputy head Feroz Khan has warned that sensitive information on electronic devices seized during a police raid at his Houghton home could lead to assassinations and compromise national security operations. Khan approached the High Court in Johannesburg yesterday emphasising that the devices contain highly sensitive intelligence information, details linked to undercover agents, and ongoing investigations. Khan also requested any downloaded information from the devices be permanently deleted. Khan was arrested earlier this month in connection with alleged unlawful possession of unwrought gold.
