# The ANC in Johannesburg has expressed concern over serious allegations levelled against mayoral committee member for Economic Development Nomoya Mnisi, including kidnapping, assault and threats involving a minor. The party believes the matter must be fully investigated by law enforcement and that due legal processes should be allowed to take their course. ANC regional secretary Sasabona Manganye has also cautioned against political grandstanding while the investigation is ongoing.
