Western Cape Mobility Department welcomes the decline in licensing fraud [SOUND]

# The Western Cape Mobility Department has welcomed a recent report from the Road Traffic Management Corporation, confirming a significant decline in fraudulent learner licence passes. This follows the introduction of the Computerised Learner’s Licence Testing system, which has seen the pass rate plummet from 68-percent to 40-percent nationally. MEC Isaac Sileku says the upgraded testing environment improves reliability, accessibility, and fairness for users. He adds that the CLLT system reduces opportunities for corruption by eliminating human intervention and generating randomised questions:
