# The Western Cape Mobility Department has welcomed a recent report from the Road Traffic Management Corporation, confirming a significant decline in fraudulent learner licence passes. This follows the introduction of the Computerised Learner’s Licence Testing system, which has seen the pass rate plummet from 68-percent to 40-percent nationally.
