# The Forum for South Africa has expressed concern regarding the recent approach taken by Public Protector, Kholeka Gcaleka, in the wake of the Constitutional Court’s judgment on the Phala Phala scandal. She issued a sharp warning to critics attacking the Chapter 9 institution, saying individuals who do so could be fined up to 40-thousand-rand or face imprisonment for up to 12 months.
