National Assembly to establish impeachment committee after ConCourt decision [SOUND]

# National Assembly speaker, Thoko Didiza, says Parliament will implement the Constitutional Court’s ruling on the Phala Phala matter involving president Cyril Ramaphosa. The ConCourt found that Parliament’s 2022 decision to block the independent panel report was unconstitutional and ordered that the report be referred to an impeachment committee.
