# The City of Tshwane has condemned the disruption of a public meeting in Hammanskraal yesterday, which was intended to address ongoing water challenges. Residents were expecting to be addressed by mayor Nasiphi Moya, but mayoral committee member for Utilities, Frans Boshielo, arrived instead. Residents refused to hear from him, saying only the mayor should speak to them regarding the service delivery failures.
