Steenhuisen blames broken systems on corruption and cadre deployment [SOUND]

# Outgoing DA leader John Steenhuisen says South Africa’s broken government systems stem from weakened institutions caused by cadre deployment and corruption. Speaking at the party’s congress in Midrand, Gauteng, Steenhuisen cited former president Jacob Zuma’s era as a turning point leading to the decline of the economy.
