# The Office of the Chief Justice has confirmed that the judiciary is under pressure as 302 court judgments are now officially late, the highest figure since 2018. Some cases have been delayed for more than four years. Judges Matter coordinator Alison Tilley says rising workloads continue to impact delivery times across courts including the Constitutional Court.
