# The Activists and Citizens Forum is calling for the immediate arrest of the bodyguard of the suspended deputy National Police Commissioner, Shadrack Sibiya. Testifying before the Madlanga Commission of Inquiry on Tuesday, Crime Intelligence boss, Dumisani Khumalo, revealed that Stuart James Scharnick’s records show 34 criminal cases. He was found guilty on 18 of them, eleven were withdrawn and five he was found not guilty. The forum’s Dennis Bloem says Scharnick is a danger to society:
