# ActionSA has introduced the Electoral Law Amendment Bill to amend the Electoral Commission Act. The party’s Lerato Ngobeni says the Bill aims to establish the Office of the Polling Ombud, through creating a new oversight body within the Electoral Commission to regulate political opinion polling and exit polling.
