# COSATU says it will lead various activities across provinces to mark International Day for Decent Work tomorrow. COSATU’s spokesperson, Zanele Sabela says in its 40 years of existence, the federation has been at the forefront of advancing, defending and protecting the rights and interests of workers with the aim of improving their working and living conditions. She says workers are still confronted by crippling economic challenges including unemployment, poverty and inequality:
