Gauteng Education Department committed to improving learning and safety in schools

# The Gauteng Department of Education has reaffirmed its commitment to improving teaching, learning, and safety across the province. Over eight-thousand-500 smart classrooms have been rolled out, equipped with LED interactive display boards to support digital learning. Special schools continue to benefit from 655 full-time specialists, while the Samson LSEN school in Katlehong received 8.9-million-rand to boost skills training. Meanwhile, the Nancefield Primary School infrastructure project stands at 69-percent completion.
