FF Plus wants a probe into all Tshwane water tanker contracts since 2021 [SOUND]

# The Freedom Front Plus is calling on the City of Tshwane to account for the disparity between the actual cost of water and the cost to deliver it to communities using hired water tankers. The metro pays one-cent a litre for water, but it costs ten-cent a litre to have it delivered with water tankers. FF Plus’ Peter Meijer says this amounts to more than 530-million-rand per financial year and is unsustainable. He says an investigation into all water tanker contracts since 2021 is needed:
